1. Strawberry Overnight Mug Oats
2 cups of organic/gluten-free oats
2 cups of milk of choice
6 chopped strawberries
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon of coconut flakes
1 teaspoon of vanilla/cinnamon extract
1 tablespoon of honey/maple syrup
1. Layer in fruit, syrup and seed/nut/cereal ingredients.
2. Cover with your choice of milk.
3. Pop in the oats.
4. Leave overnight.
5. In the morning place a layer of crunchy granola on top.
