5. Radhaballabhi & aloor sabzi

Radhaballabhi is not something that can be easily cooked, so it is not generally served on weekdays. It needs time to be prepared & cooked so it finds a place in weekend or holiday’s breakfast menu. Lentils made stuffing material is put inside all-purpose flour made small dough and then deep fried in vegetable oil. It is normally served with potato curry, dum aloo, chana masala etc.
