These are easy and healthy make-ahead breakfast recipes perfect for busy mornings!

Are you a busy mom? or Are you a busy entrepreneur that literally don’t have time to prepare breakfast in the morning and you need to go to work as soon as you wake up? Well, I got your back! 

To be honest, I’m the type of person that is lazy to prepare breakfast in the morning. When I wake up, I tend to go straight to my work desk and sit in front of the computer for the whole day. Either I’ll be eating my breakfast in front of the computer or I don’t eat breakfast at all. Yes, I am that type of person. And perhaps some of you like that too.

Well, I do realize when I’m not eating breakfast in the morning, my mind is a little bit cloudy. That’s why I want to find recipes which I can make a batch for one week and just reheat it in the microwave and voila! Breakfast served!

Food Tip: One thing you need to remember is to always incorporate protein sourced food that can help you focus on your work especially in the morning. If you can’t have breakfast in the morning, you can boil two eggs or you can eat a trail mix of nuts and dry fruits. This is my go-to breakfast snacks when I just don’t have time in the morning and it keeps me focus in the morning.

But I suggest you have a good breakfast meal so you can have strength in the morning especially when you’re super busy. That’s why I’ll make this post of recipes that covers savory and sweet make-ahead breakfast recipes which also easy to make and healthy!
